1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AAA Takso website, communications, proposals, and services. By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

AAA Takso provides mobile app development, booking product strategy, UX and interface design, dispatch workflow planning, integrations, analytics setup, maintenance, and related digital product services. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

3. No Transport Operations

AAA Takso is a digital product development company. We do not provide taxi, transport, freight, passenger, dispatch, carrier, courier, or vehicle operation services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement with appropriate authorization.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, system access, credentials, third-party approvals, and project decisions. Delays in these items may affect timelines and delivery dates.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment milestones, billing terms, and expenses are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started or a milestone has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding pre-existing materials, third-party assets, open-source software, reusable components, tools, frameworks, and AAA Takso background technology.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may rely on app stores, mapping providers, payment processors, notification services, hosting platforms, analytics tools, APIs, CRM systems, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We build digital products intended to support business and operational goals, but we do not guarantee revenue, booking volume, fleet utilization, customer acquisition, app store ranking, regulatory approval, or any specific commercial result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAA Takso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
